Ingredients

Achinga(Long runner beans/Payar) – 250 gm
Or
Small onions(Kunjulli) – ½ cup
Dry red chillies – 2 nos

DIRECTIONS

1. Chop finely the beans, onions and green chillies.
2. Grind together coconut, turmeric powder, green chillies and curry leaves into a coarse form.
3. :- Do not add water while grinding.
4. Mix together the chopped items along with the coconut mixture and salt.
5. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
6. Splutter mustard seeds and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.
7. Add the beans mixture and mix well.
8. Sprinkle a little water on top and cover it with a lid.
9. Cook on a low flame for about 3 v 4 mins.
10. Remove the lid and continue cooking till done on a low flame itself.
