  • 1)Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
  • 2)Mix the pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  • 3)Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  • 4)Add gram flour or besan to the marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
  • 5)Heat oil in a wide pan or kadai.
  • 6)Fry the chicken pieces, until they turn golden brown.
  • 7)Add a little lemon juice for taste.
  • :- Serve hot as a snack or with rice.

    this is very simple and tasty, I added little bit of soya souce when marinating, and turned out to an execellen starter
