Ingredients
to make Banana Fry
:
  • Ripe Banana(not over ripe) - 1 no
  • (cut Into small pieces)
  • Ghee for frying
  • Sugar for sprinkling
    Directions
    to make Banana Fry
    :
  • 1)Cut banana into small pieces.
  • 2)Heat some ghee in a frying pan.
  • 3)When it is hot, put the banana pieces in it.
  • 4)When it becomes light golden brown, sprinkle sugar on the top.
  • 5)Cook till it becomes a little more brown and then remove from fire.
  • :- Serve hot.
  • :- Tasty and healthy snack for kids and for adults too who aren`t worried about calories.

    Add grated coconut at the end and also small onions... it will taste yummy.... try it out...
