  • 1) Boil beetroot with green chillies.



    2) Mix boiled beetroot, coconut puree, curd and salt together.



    3) Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves.



    4) Mix this with the above.



    5) Beetroot kichadi ready.
