Beetroot Pachadi Without Coconut


Yoghurt – As reqd


Step 1. Finely chop the beetroot, onion, ginger and green chillies.
Step 2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Step 3. Splutter mustard seeds.
Step 4. Add beetroot, chillies, onions, ginger and curry leaves one by one and sautT well.
Step 5. Add salt and mix well.
Step 6. Cover and simmer for a few mins.
Step 7. Remove from the flame.
Step 8. Allow it to cool.
Step 9. When cool, add yoghurt and mix well.
