    to make Beetroot Pachadi without Coconut

  • 1)Finely chop the beetroot, onion, ginger and green chillies.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 3)Splutter mustard seeds.
  • 4)Add beetroot, chillies, onions, ginger and curry leaves one by one and sautT well.
  • 5)Add salt and mix well.
  • 6)Cover and simmer for a few mins.
  • 7)Remove from the flame.
  • 8)Allow it to cool.
  • 9)When cool, add yoghurt and mix well.
