    to make Bread Cutlet - North Indian Style

  • 1)Cut the crust of the bread on all 4 sides and break it up into small pieces.
  • 2)Mix together onions, green chilly paste, curd, chilly powder and salt.
  • 3)Mix the bread with the above paste so that all ingredients are mixed well.
  • 4)Make small flattened balls as in cutlets in any desired shape.
  • 5)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 6)Deep fry on both sides, until golden brown.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
  • :- Can include shredded chicken or fish for non-vegetarians.
