  • 1)Cut onions and brinjals into semi-circular pieces.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3)Add mustard seeds and when it splutters, add the black gram.
  • 4)When they get roasted, add the onions and brinjals.
  • 5)Add salt and red chilly powder.
  • 6)Fry it by stirring continuously until the brinjals and onions become soft.
  • :-Instead of red chilly powder,you may try it out with paruuppu podi or the normal molagai podi. It tastes really good with paruppu podi.

    this is the basic idea about brinjal curry..viewers must add water and then boil it... thats all..

    paatta recipe, with 1/2 kg brinjal n 1/4 tsp salt, it tastes HORRIBLE! had to put a lot of extra masala to make it edible.

    This is not brinjal curry,but brinjal-onion fry.I was greatly disappointed.the receipe is halfway.what happens after the frying part!!!!!!!!!
