    to make Brinjal Fry
    :
  • 1)Clean and cut the brinjals into thin round shapes.
  • 2)Make a paste with chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and water.
  • 3)Marinate the brinjals in the above paste for 1/2 an hour.
  • 4)Deep fry the brinjals in oil.
  • 5)Cook on both sides, till light brown.
  • :- Instead of brinjals, potatoes could be used.
