  • 1)Grate the carrots finely 2)Grind all the ingredients listed for grinding using little water and keep it aside. 3)Heat a vessel and add the grated carrots and a little water.
  • 4)Cook until the carrots become slender. :- It takes around 7-10 minutes.
  • 5)Add the grinded paste and boil.
  • 6)Finally, lower the flame, add the curd and stir well.
  • :- Remove from fire and serve!!
