  • 1)Cut the cauliflower into big bunches.
  • 2)In a bowl, take the flower bunches, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, slit green chillies and curry leaves.
  • 3)Add salt and mix all of them well and keep aside.
  • 4)After 15 mins, add gram flour and rice flour to the above and adding water slowly, prepare a thick batter.
  • 5)Heat oil in a frying bowl.
  • 6)Reduce flame and add the dough with its ingredients as medium sized pakodas.
  • 7)Fry until dark brown.
  • :- Serve with hot and sweet tamato sauce.
