  • 1)Cook the bittergourd pieces and jackfruit seed pieces along with turmeric powder, chilly powder & salt, until they are well cooked.
  • :- If water is left after cooking, drain it.
  • 2)Make a paste of small onions & red chillies.
  • 3)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 4)Fry the onion-chilly paste in it.
  • 5)Add the cooked bitter gourd & jack fruit seed pieces into it. Stir well.
  • 6)Fry the big onion pieces in oil, until they turn golden brown and add this to the above.
  • :- Serve hot with rice.
