Ingredients

(grated)
(cubed)
Crushed red chilli powder - 1 tsp
(about an inch of tamarind dipped in warm water and paste taken out)

DIRECTIONS

1. Grind all of the ingredients, not to a paste, but coarsely in the small mixie u have..which just grinds stuff to a coarse paste.
2. :- Do not make it soft.
3. Pour in a tablespoon full of coconut oil and mix well.
4. :- Ravishing with parathas or idlis or dosas or even rice.

hi.. its a nice and easy recipe i rembere one of my keralan friend used to ahve it for lunch but i didnt have this recipe finally got in this site from u..thanks it was really great
