  • 1)Grind cocunut, half shallots, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves together.
  • 2)Heat oil in a tawa, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies.
  • 3)Pour the grinded cocunut mixture to the tawa, add enough salt.
  • 4)Serve with dosa/idly.
