Ingredients

(cut into small pieces)
(cut into small pieces)
(cut into small pieces)
(chopped)
Coconut milk - 1 cup

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook the potatoes, carrots, green chillies and onion in a pressure cooker.
2. After opening the lid, add coconut milk to it.
3. Add salt.
4. Add 2 tbsp of coconut oil and mix well.

It need some more additives like masala ot convert it like stew. otherwise it is too bad!

Hi Sandhya.... this curry came out Excellent..... Thanks a lot... It was really a boon for bachelors like me... my friend also said it is finger licking good.... also since i added Tomato to it...it tasted like Stew...

Hi Sandhya! A wonderful recipe stew indeed...my hubby who does`nt normally appreciate any dish with coconut milk just luved it.....hats off to u sandhya!! A simple n wonderful recipe for chapathis. I added a little chopped ginger n crushed garlic to it.

This is called "stu". If you put some Black pepper powder and kariveppila at the end it will be more tasty.

i tried this . very easy and very tasty...after adding coconut milk, heat it in low flame till it is about to boil..
