Ingredients

Jumbo shrimps(Chemmeen) - 1 lb
Lime juice - 1 tbsp

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. Mix together all the powders along with the lime juice and a little water.
Step 2. Marinate the shrimps with the above for 30 mins.
Step 3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Step 4. Add curry leaves and immediately, add the marinated shrimps.
Step 5. Fry, till done or crispy.
Step 6. :- Serve with steamed rice.

Hi, i tried ur recipe and it came really good.. Mostly i used to prepare Curry in Chemmeen and this is the first time i prepared Fry.. I added Corn flour too to make it crispy..
