The curry was excellent. I just made a few changes, i made the curry more spicier and last of all i added 1 small cup of thick coconut milk smeared with coriander leaves. We had it with steaming hot idlies...wow it tasted gud..Cheers to Rajam. This curry would go well with idlis, dosa, chappathis n appams.

You did not add poppy seeds - I thought that was a basic ingredient to any cheetinadu curry. I added a cup of yogurt and coriander leaves and instead of pressure cooking , I cooked in the slow cooker - meat was very tender and well flavored . Very tasty sauce but definitely not chettinadu.

I tried this recipe, its not thatgood, but ok,i don`t think this is a proper chettinadu recipe, it taste different.i put whole garam masalas in oil before putting onions, coz all tamil people will put garam masala like that, it`ll give tamil nadu flavour.

I tried this recipe. It came out ok - not out of the world. I had eaten Karaikudi Goat Curry in a restaurant - was looking for this recipe. But this did not turn out the same. It was an ok - sort of curry (I don`t think it is Chettinad style).
