  • 1) Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chicken masala, lime juice and salt.

    2) Pressure cook the chicken and evaporate the water.

    3) Keep this aside.

    4) In another kadai , fry the onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.

    4) Add the cooked chicken in it and sauté well in low flame.

    5) Cover and fry the chicken for 5 minutes.

    6) When done, remove from fire and pour a tsp of lime juice on top and serve.
