  • 1)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2)Fry the cloves for few seconds.
  • 3)Add chopped ginger, garlic and fry for a minute.
  • 4)Add chopped onions, chilly powder, coriander powder, mustard powder, cumin powder, turmeric and fry until the onions turn brown.
  • 5)Add chicken pieces, salt, coconut milk and lower the flame. Cook until the pieces are tender.
  • 6)When the gravy is thickened, add thick cream, stir and remove from heat.
  • 7)Sprinkle lemon juice.
  • :- Serve hot with plain rice or pulao rice.

    My husband usually dont eat chicken I have a tough time forcing him to eat it but believe me this is the only curry he will eat pleasently without even leaving a bit for me. Everyone should try this im sure u wont be dissapointed

    I`m sorry, I haven`t tried to make this yet, so please don`t take into account my rating. I was wondering, what is a nos? I have never heard of that measurement before. I saw cups listed, those I`m familiar with, but never a "nos". Thank you
