Chicken - 1 no
(cut into pieces
Garlic pods - 2 nos
Cinnamon(Karugapatta) stick - 1 no
Yoghurt - 1 cup


Step 1. Grind 1 onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and coriander seeds into a paste.
Step 2. Spread the mixture on the chicken and leave it aside for 1 hour.
Step 3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Step 4. Fry the other sliced onion.
Step 5. Add whole spices, chicken and fry well for a while.
Step 6. Add yoghurt little-by-little at a time, cover and simmer on gentle heat, till chicken is cooked.
Step 7. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
Step 8. :- Serve hot.

We tried this yesterday and it came out very well ... but we almost doubled the spices and also added a little corinater powder and chilly powder just so that the curry doesnt look cream in color ... but I really liked the recipe, its simple and the flavors blend in just perfectly well
