  • 1)For preparing chicken malai tikka, mix together coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry fenugreek leaves, hung curd, cheese spread, cream and salt to make a paste.
  • 2)Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 30 min.
  • 3)Insert this chicken in long sticks and bake it in an oven for 15 min turning once.
  • 4)Chicken-malai tikka is ready. Serve hot.
