  • 1)For preparing chicken paratha, sautT ginger and garlic in ghee. Add in the chicken and fry well.
  • 2)Then add in garam masala, chilly powder and salt. Fry well.
  • 3)Saute tomatoes and green chillies. 4)Add in onions and coriander leaves. Fry well and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.
  • 5)In another bowl mix wheat flour, salt, ghee and water. Knead it well as for chapathi.
  • 6)Make a small ball and press it with your hand to make small circles.
  • 7)Spread the chicken on one of the circles and place another circle on top of it. Seal the ends well and roll it.
  • 8)Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a frying pan and shallow fry these parathas.
  • 9)Chicken paratha¦s are ready. Serve hot.
