  • 1)Take 2 cups of milk in a pan.
  • 2)Mix the coconut milk with condensed milk and sugar.
  • 3)Take 3 cups of water in a sauce pan and place it on fire.
  • 4)Add gelatin and boil well, until the foam comes and all the gelatin grains dissolves.
  • 5)Add the stirred gelatin to the mixture of coconut milk.
  • 6)Pour the mixture into a flat bottom container.
  • 7)Garnish with cashews on top.
  • 8)Allow it to cool, till it thickens.
  • 9)Slice the pudding into desired shape and serve.
