Cucumber(Vellarikka)/Kumbalanga : 1 no(Grated/chopped into very small pieces)
Coconut : 1/2 of one
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) : 1/2 spoon
Green chillies : 3 nos
Curd/Yogurt : 1 cup
Salt : As reqd
Mustard seeds : 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves : As reqd
Coconut oil : As reqd
Directions:
1. Add salt to cucumber and keep aside. 2. Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste. 3. Add the above paste and curd to cucumber and mix well. 4. Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves in coconut oil and add it to cucumber.

to tell u the truth I was not a very great fan of pachadi.....but i tried this recipe today-and loved it.....thank you so much...do keep posting such good ones in future too!!
