  • 1)For preparing delicious radish vada, soak the bengal gram in water for 1 hour.
  • 2)Grind together soaked bengal gram and green chillies with little water.(It should be of a thick consistency). Put it in a bowl.
  • 3)In the same bowl add grated radish, semolina, chilly powder, shallots, curry leaves, pepper corns, coriander leaves, garam masala and salt. Mix it well to make a dough.
  • 4)Make small balls and keep it aside.
  • 5)Flatten each ball in the shape of a cutlet and keep it aside.
  • 6)Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the vada¦s till golden brown in color.
  • 7)Delicious radish vada, a highly nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot as a snack with ketchup.
