  • 1)Cut each fish into 5 - 6 pieces and wash well.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3)Add fish pieces and fry until light brown.
  • 4)Add onions, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, mustard seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
  • 5)Add salt and mix well.
  • 6)After a short while, add chopped tomatoes.
  • 7)Mix well and fry until the oil gets separated.
  • 8)Add little water and cook until it is done.
