    Raw beetroot in vinegar always tastes good. Try the recepie before commenting. I tried and tastes good.

    Hey..Cook the beetroot well, adding enough salt. Heat oil in a pan, Add Chilly powder, Hing powder, and vinegar. Mix well with cooked beetroot and use.
