Beetroot(medium) : 2 nos
Garlic pods : 4 nos
Green chilly : 3 or 4 nos
Vinegar : 1/4 cup
Salt : As reqd
Directions:
1. Cut beetroot into fine cubes. 2. Add chopped garlic and green chillies. 3. Add vinegar and salt. 4. Store in a jar. 5. :- Serve with Chappathi or poori after one day 6. :- This pickle can be made with carrots also.

Raw beetroot in vinegar always tastes good. Try the recepie before commenting. I tried and tastes good.
