Cauliflower : 1 no
(separated into small florets)
Onions : 3 nos
(sliced thin and long
Green chillies : 2 : 3 nos
(cut into two lengthwise)
Chilli sauce
Gram flour(Kadala podi) : As reqd
Chilly powder : As reqd
Asafoetida(Kayam) : A pinch
Salt : As reqd
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
1. Mix together gram flour, little chilly powder, salt, a pinch of asafoetida and make a thick batter. 2. Dip the florets into it and deep fry in oil. Keep the aside. 3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. 4. Add onions and green chillies and saute, till the onions turn into light golden brown. 5. Add chilli sauce and saute for 2 mins. 6. Add the fried florets and mix well. 7. :- Chilli Gobi is ready. 8. :- Serve Chilli Gobi hot.

Dipping the florets in thin maida (plain flour) batter instead of gram flour.. makes it taste better

absolutely waste..poor resource management. Could have made the texture a bit more reddish. Misses right in the feel!!
