Easy Chilli Gobi

Easy Chilli Gobi

Ingredients

(separated into small florets)
Onions - 3 nos
(sliced thin and long
(cut into two lengthwise)
Chilli sauce
Asafoetida(Kayam) - A pinch
Vegetable oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. Mix together gram flour, little chilly powder, salt, a pinch of asafoetida and make a thick batter.
Step 2. Dip the florets into it and deep fry in oil. Keep the aside.
Step 3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Step 4. Add onions and green chillies and saute, till the onions turn into light golden brown.
Step 5. Add chilli sauce and saute for 2 mins.
Step 6. Add the fried florets and mix well.
Step 7. :- Chilli Gobi is ready.
Step 8. :- Serve Chilli Gobi hot.

Dipping the florets in thin maida (plain flour) batter instead of gram flour.. makes it taste better

absolutely waste..poor resource management. Could have made the texture a bit more reddish. Misses right in the feel!!
