Easy Curd Curry

Easy Curd Curry


Curd - 1 cup
Garlic pods - 2 nos
Red chilly powder - 3/4 spoon


Step 1. Heat oil in a pan.
Step 2. Splutter mustard seeds.
Step 3. Add onions and fry till it becomes light brown in colour.
Step 4. Add curry leaves and fry.
Step 5. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
Step 6. Keep the flame low and fry for a while and add curd. Mix well.
Step 7. Cook on low flame for 1 1/2 mins.
Step 8. :- Easy curd curry is ready.

Instead of garlic, pound a medium piece of ginger and add to the tadka


Thanks for the easy curd curry. Jaya, you may add garlic after frying the onions and saute little and continue.
