Curd : 1 cup
Onion : 1 no
Garlic pods : 2 nos
Salt : As reqd
Turmeric powder : 3 pinches
Red chilly powder : 3/4 spoon
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves : A few
Coconut oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Splutter mustard seeds. 3. Add onions and fry till it becomes light brown in colour. Once onion is fried, add the garlic and saute for few minutes until the raw smell is gone. 4. Add curry leaves and fry. 5. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder. 6. Keep the flame low and fry for a while and add curd. Mix well. 7. Cook on low flame for 1 1/2 mins. 8. :- Easy curd curry is ready.

Instead of garlic, pound a medium piece of ginger and add to the tadka

Thanks for the easy curd curry. Jaya, you may add garlic after frying the onions and saute little and continue.
