Easy Parippu Vada

Ingredients

Red gram dal(Thuvara parippu) - 1/2 cup
Shallots(Kunjulli) - 1/2 cup(chopped finely)

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. For preparing easy parippu vada, first soak the dals in water for at least 2 hrs.
Step 2. Grind these together to make a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.
Step 3. Add onions, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, chilly powder, salt and mix well.
Step 4. Wet your hands and make balls of the mix and make patties.
Step 5. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour. Serve hot. Easy parippu vada is ready.
