  • 1)Heat Oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • 2)Add the onions and fry well.
  • 3)Add chillies and tomato and fry well till it becomes soft.
  • 4)Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, pepper and salt as required.
  • 5)Chop the coriander leaves and add it together with water (as required) and boil well with lid closed.
  • 6)After 2-3 mins add the boiled eggs and boil well.
  • 7)Take off the stove and garnish well with coriander leaves.
  • :- Egg Kurma is ready!!! :- Egg Kurma...serve hot!!!
