  • 1)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • 2)Add onions and saute, till they turn golden brown.
  • 3)Add tomatoes and fry, till the tomatoes become tender.
  • 4)Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and stir well.
  • 5)Fry for 2 mins.
  • 6)Add a cup of water and mix well.
  • 7)Slip in the eggs.
  • 8)Allow it to boil.
  • 9)Remove from the flame, when the water dries up completely.

    Tried it last night and wowwwwww......it tasted very good. It was so simple to make it too. I garnished it with some coriander leaves.
