  • 1)For preparing fish finger fry, first coat the fish pieces with minced garlic and required salt. Keep this aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2)Next, dip these fish pieces in a mixture of vinegar and lime juice. Marinate the fish pieces for 2 hours.
  • 3)Mix the pepper powder in the beaten egg.
  • 4)Dip the marinated fish pieces in the egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
  • 5)Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fish fingers to a golden brown color.
