  • 1)Make a batter with egg, maida, ginger, garlic, finely chopped spring onions, chillies, pepper, salt, ajinomoto, soya sauce, chilly sauce, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and corn flour mixed with little water.
  • 2)Dip the cleaned fish in the batter.
  • 3)Deep-fry them till they turn deep golden brown.
  • :- Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
