  • 1)For preparing fish tartare, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.
  • 2)Refrigerate the chopped fillet`s for some time.
  • 3)Beat egg yolk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • 4)Add olive oil drop by drop in the egg mixture and whip the sauce.
  • 5)Then add lime juice while whipping.
  • 6)Pour in soya sauce and saffron and hip it again for 5 seconds.
  • 7)Mix in the refrigerated sole fillet and salmon fillet with dill and chervil.
  • 8)Garnish with pepper powder.
  • 9)Fish tartare is ready. Serve chilled with salad.
