  • 1)Cook gavar in a pan with 1/4 cup of water, till tender.
  • 2)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3)Fry the garlic and onion, till they turn golden brown in colour.
  • 4)Add tomatoes and chillies and saute for 2 mins.
  • 5)Add the gavar and masala powders and continue to cook over a low flame stirring from time to time.
  • 6)Cook for 5 mins, till its well blended and the preparation is dry.
  • 7)Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :-Serve hot with chappathis or rice.

    Yes nancy is right. I could never find a tasty recipe for amarakka i,e cluster beans. My hubby loved it. Even i loved it
