  • 1)Take a medium sized cauliflower.
  • 3)Cut into florets and remove the stalk.
  • 3)Place them in a bowl.
  • 4)To it, add maida, corn flour and egg white and mix well.
  • 5)Add soya sauce, pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • 6)Add water if reqd.
  • 7)Deep fry it in hot oil.
  • 8)In a pan, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour paste or liquid.
  • 9)Heat it for a minute.
  • 10)Add chilli powder, sugar and salt and heat for one minute.
  • :- Serve with fried curry leaves and long sliced onions or spring onions with the greens well chopped.
