  • 1)Make a thick batter with gram flour and water by adding all the above ingredients except for cauliflower & oil.
  • 2)Heat a pan with enough oil for deep frying.
  • 3)When the oil is really hot, put small amounts of chopped cauliflower into the mixture & fry till they turn golden brown. Keep flipping the sides till the pakodas are done.
  • :-Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
