  • 1)For preparing gooseberry pickle, boil gooseberries in salt water till it becomes tender. Strain it and keep it aside to cool.
  • 2)Heat sesame oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  • 3)Add in the cooked gooseberries, chilly powder, turmeric powder, vinegar and required salt. Mix well.
  • 4)Allow it to cool and preserve it in an airtight container.
  • 5)Gooseberry pickle is ready.
