  • 1)First heat coconut oil in a vessel.
  • 2)Saute in the ginger and garlic for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • 3)Fry in the onion till it becomes light brown in colour.
  • 4)Add in the curry leaves, green chillies, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • 5)Pour in the cocum pieces and required water and allow it to boil for 1 minute.
  • 6)Toss in the Mackerel fish and allow it to cook.
  • 7)Hotel fish curry is ready. Serve hot.
