  • 1)Powder two whole red chillies and 2 tsp of coriander seeds.
  • 2)Heat 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan.
  • 3)Add the coarse powder to the frying pan. Stir and leave to fry for about 3 mins.
  • 4)Add chopped garlic to the pan and fry till golden.
  • 5)Add chopped tomatoes to the pan.
  • 6)Cook for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.
  • 7)Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and stir.
  • 8)Turn down to medium heat, cover, and leave until the tomatoes are soft.
  • 9)Heat about 1 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the frying pan.
  • 10)Add 3 g of coriander seeds.
  • 11)When the seeds will start to crackle and pop, add the paneer cheese.
  • 12)Fry for about 2 mins until a little bit golden.
  • 13)Add the chopped peppers along with the salt and stir for about 1 minute.
  • 14)Pour in the kadai sauce you prepared earlier.
  • 15)Add a 1 tsp of kasoori methi and garam masala to the pan and stir till all the masalas are well coated.
  • 16)Add chopped coriander on the top.
  • :- Serve with roti or rice.
