  • 1)For preparing kadhai mutton/kadai mutton/khadai ghost, first heat oil in a kadai and fry green chillies.
  • 2)When the color changes, take out the green chillies from oil and keep aside.
  • 3)In the remaining oil, fry the drained mutton pieces to a golden brown color till almost cooked.
  • 4)Remove the fried mutton pieces from kadai and keep aside.
  • 5)In the remaining oil, splutter cumin seeds. Add ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, chopped tomatoes and curry leaves. Saute for a while in low heat.
  • 6)When the tomatoes are nicely mashed, add garam masala, red chilly powder and required salt. Saute in low heat and add fried mutton pieces and bay leaves. Mix well.
  • 7)Add yogurt and cook till oil shows up on the surface.
  • 8)Add coriander powder, fried green chillies and close the kadai with a lid.
  • 9)Cook in low flame for 10 more minutes till the gravy acquires a thick consistency.
  • 10)Kadhai mutton/kadai mutton/khadai ghost recipe, a yummy mouthwatering dish, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
