  • 1)Heat up a pan.
  • 2)Add water, kanava, onion and green chillies.
  • 3)Add salt to taste and let it cook.
  • 4)Grind together coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric and fenugreek powder and grind once.
  • :- Do not make a paste of it.
  • 5)Add this mixture to the cooked kanava.
  • 6)Heat oil in another pan.
  • 7)Splutter mustard seeds followed by red dried chillies and curry leaves.
  • 8)Add cooked kanava mixture into it and mix it for sometime.
  • 9)Garnish with curry leaves.
