  • 1)Cook tapioca or jackfruit pieces in water along with turmeric powder & salt, until they are soft.
  • 2)Grind the coconut into a fine paste along with cumin seeds, green chillies and garlic.
  • 3)Add this paste to the cooked tapioca or jack fruit pieces and stir well.
  • :- Cook for 2 - 3 minutes, if you don`t like the taste of raw coconut - optional.
  • 4)Pour 2 tsp of coconut oil and add curry leaves and stir well.
  • :- Serve hot.
