  • 1)Cook tapioca(kappa) and meat separately.
  • 2)Fry chopped onions, ginger and garlic in a pan by adding a tablespoon of oil.
  • 3)When brown, add rest of the masala powders and continue frying.
  • 4)Add meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5)Mix cooked tapioca(kappa) and keep on low fire for few more minutes.
  • 6)Remove Kappa and Beef and serve hot.
  • :-Kappa and Beef can be used as a full meal or as a part of meal.
  • :- Serve Kappa and Beef hot.
  • :- Enjoy the Kappa and Beef puzhukku.
