  • 1)Scale, clean and wash the fish thoroughly.
  • 2)Make deep slits on either side.
  • 3)Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture for an hour and refrigerate.
  • 4)Heat oil in a pan.
  • 5)Shallow fry till done.
  • :- Karimeen fry is ready. Serve hot.
