  • 1)Marinate beef cubes in a little vinegar.
  • 2)Chop up onions, garlic, and ginger.
  • 3)In a huge pot, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and add mustard seed until they pop.
  • 4)Add onions, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves to this and cook until nicely browned.
  • 5)Add coriander, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Fry for at least 5 minutes.
  • 6)Add beef and 2 cups of waters. Bring to a boil, cover, and turn heat to low to simmer. Stir occasionally.
  • 7)After approximately one hour, check tenderness of beef and add water if necessary.
  • 8)During this time, fry up other half of onions, garlic, and ginger with mustard seeds, curry leaves and keep aside.
  • 9)Once beef is as tender as desired, add fried onions and coconut oil to mixture with cilantro and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
