    Directions
    to make Kerala Easy Potato Curry
    :
  • 1)Take a pressure cooker and add potatoes, onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt and water.
  • 2)Cook, till the first whistle comes or till the potatoes are cooked.
  • 3)Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • 4)Splutter the mustard seeds and add dry chillies and curry leaves.
  • 5)Add the cooked potato mixture into it and boil for 3 min.
  • :- Serve with pooris or chappathis.

    Hi. You shouldnt pressure cook onions. Add them to the `tadka` of mustard seeds. "Non-fried" boiled onions, spoil the curry sooner that it actually should.
