Ingredients
to make Kerala Egg Biryani
:
  • 1.500 grams Basmati Rice
  • 2.1 tsp biryani masla pdr
  • 3.1 tsp black cumin
  • 4. 6 tsp Clarified Butter
  • 5. 8 number Eggs
  • 6.1 tsp fired onion
  • 7.1 tsp Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves
  • 8.1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 9. 4 number Green Chillies
  • 10. 1 bunch mint
  • 11.1 tbsp oil
  • 12. 1 large Onions
  • 13.2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 14.1 to taste Salt
  • 15. 10 number whole garam masala
    Directions
    to make Kerala Egg Biryani
    :
  • 1. Wash and soak rice for atleast + hour.
  • 2.boil eggs
  • 3. Shell the boiled eggs and give four long cuts on the white portion of each egg without separating it.
  • 4. In a kadai or pot, heat the clarified butter or oil. And spices and fry the onions until they become golden brown and add ginger garlic paste ,gr chillies ,mint coriander ,biryani masala and curd and cook
  • 5. In the same masala measure 1 1/2 times the amout water to rice and bring it to boil
  • 6. add soaked rice and mix well and cook covered till rice is done
  • 7. add. Then add red chilli powder, salt and eggs,besan and fry until the eggs get coated with the spices. Remove the eggs and set aside.
  • 8. When the air holes appear on the rice surface, reduce the stove heat to low. Cook until all of the water has absorbed and the rice is tender.
  • 9. top rice with eggs
