Kerala  Potato Stew

Ingredients

Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
(optional)-
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Dry Red chilly - 1 no

DIRECTIONS

1. Chop potatoes into small squared pieces and slice the onions.
2. Take a pan and add the potatoes,onions,turmeric powder,chilly powder,salt and water and cook till the potatoes are done.
3. Into this, add green chillies, ginger,pepper(if needed) and the coconut milk and cook on a low flame.
4. Now heat oil in another pan and splutter mustard seeds.
5. Add red chilly and curry leaves.
6. Add this to the curry.
7. :- Serve hot!!!
