Onion (small) : 1/4 kg
Red chilli : 100 gm
Coconut oil : 4 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tbspn coconut oil in a kadai. 2. Add redchilli and saute till light brown. 3. Remove red chilli and add onions and saute it till golden brown. 4. Add salt to this onion and redchilli and grind it into a fine paste. 5. Top up with cocnut oil and serve with dosa and iddli.

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tbspn coconut oil in a kadai.

Step 2

Add redchilli and saute till light brown.

Step 3

Remove red chilli and add onions and saute it till golden brown.

Step 4

Add salt to this onion and redchilli and grind it into a fine paste.

Step 5

Top up with cocnut oil and serve with dosa and iddli.
